Zenni Optical

Good Morning,
After a thorough discussion with my friend about my new glasses he suggested only to go for Zenni Optical $ 8 Rx Eyeglasses .
The reason why he was supporting Zenni Opticals was because of wide range of opticals and Incredible Stylish New Frames from Zenni . Now I clearly remember that even I heard about Zenni Optical was on FOX news

A Leader Should Know How to Manage Failure . . .

(Former President of India APJ Abdul Kalam at Wharton India Economic forum , Philadelphia , March 22,2008 ) Question: Could you give an example, from your own experience, of how leaders should manage failure? Kalam: Let me tell you about my experience. In 1973 I became the project director of India 's satellite launchvehicle program, commonly called the SLV-3. Our goal was to put India 's 'Rohini' satellite into orbit by 1980.I was given funds and human resources -- but was told clearly that by 1980 we had to launch the satellite intospace. Thousands of people worked together in scientific and technical teams towards that goal. By 1979 -- I think the month was August -- we thought we were ready. As the project director, I went to thecontrol center for the launch. At four minutes before the satellite launch, the computer began to go through thechecklist of items that needed to be checked. One minute later, the computer program put the launch on hold;the display showed that some control components were not in order. My experts -- I had four or five of themwith me -- told me not to worry; they had done their calculations and there was enough reserve fuel.So I bypassed the computer, switched to manual mode, and launched the rocket. In the first stage, everything worked fine.. In the second stage, a problem developed. Instead of the satellite going into orbit, the whole rocket system plunged into the Bay of Bengal . It was a big failure. That day, the chairman of the Indian Space Research Organization, Prof. Satish Dhawan, had called a pressconference. The launch was at 7:00 am , and the press conference -- where journalists from around theworld were present -- was at 7:45 am at ISRO's satellite launch range in Sriharikota [in Andhra Pradesh insouthern India ]. Prof. Dhawan, the leader of the organization, conducted the press conference himself. He took responsibility for the failure -- he said that the team had worked very hard, but that it needed moretechnological support. He assured the media that in another year, the team would definitely succeed. Now,I was the project director, and it was my failure, but instead, he took responsibility for the failure as chairmanof the organization.

The next year, in July 1980, we tried again to launch the satellite -- and this time we succeeded.. The wholenation was jubilant. Again, there was a press conference. Prof. Dhawan called me aside and told me,'You conduct the press conference today.'

I learned a very important lesson that day. When failure occurred, the leader of the organization owned that failure. When success came, he gave it to his team.

The best management lesson I have learned did not come to me from reading a book; it came from that experience . . .

Google adwords - More payment options added for Indians!

Google adwords has decided to add more payment options for Indians. I think this isn’t the right time to spread this news here because the announcement was made on 7th March, 2008. But however, as the blog was built 2 days ago, and was ready for the posts today, I wasn’t able to post this news earlier. But still, many people don’t know about this, so I guess I should still post this news here, so that more people can come to know about the news/announcement which was made a over a month ago.

Now, Google adwords has added more options for Indians to pay, and it’s easier and useful for Indians. I am also sure that the google adword is going to get more publishers as many of the Indians don’t have any credit cards to pay. Indians can now pay with Internet banking, Demand Draft, and Cheque. Google Adwords had tied up with TimesofIndia for the electronic payment gateaway solution. You can also find the announcement made by TimesofIndia here.

Well, according to me, It’s a great move by Google Adwords. They have did the right thing by adding more payment options, but it’s only for Indians. I guess they’ll soon add more payment option for worldwide users. Being a Indian myself, I am going to take full advantage of it. Are you going to take it too?

At the moment, they’re not supporting all the banks as they’ve just announced this news. It’ll take some time to add more banks. The worst news is that ICICI bank isn’t supported. Just wait for a while, it’ll be added pretty soon.

I did it !! **Trading**

Trading is very difficult, a doctor or lawyer goes to school for seven or eight years to learn his profession and then makes a little money and comes into the market expecting to win right away. Remember, trading is by far the toughest game in the world, because you’re competing against the keenest minds in the world.
